This is a GREAT recipe!
Hamburger Stew
Prep: About 15 min. Total: 40 min.
What you need:
2 lbs ground beef
3-5 different varieties of veggies, canned or fresh
6 beef bullion cubes
6-8 cups of water
Italian seasoning and Garlic to your liking
What to do:
1. Brown ground beef
2. While you ground beef is browning, put all other ingredients into the pot or Crock Pot
3. Drain ground beef and add to your mixture
4. If using Crock Pot, let sit for about 4 hours. If using a regular pot. let simmer for about 20 min, stirring occasionally either way
5. Dish into individual bowls, and if desired add sour cream or cheese
6. Enjoy!

WOW! That sounds really delicious! I don’t know if I have ever tried that. Yesterday night, my mom’s friend brought over dinner for us since my mom is about to have a baby. It was like this pizza lazanga thing and it was really good! I probably didn’t spell lazanga right, so sorry!
